Yesterday I scored 712 in the labyrinth and fought 2 bosses. When it tried to load the third boss it failed and had to refresh. When I went back to the labyrinth there was no resume so did not get to fight the boss or at least did not get the cards to get a prize.
Did you look in your Inventory? I haven't gotten a 700 or higher yet, but had the Lab do a similar thing to me before. And when i looked in my inventory there wre 2 extra tokens there that had not been before the 2 nd boos. *needed gems oor coin, but tokens worked. Refresh and check your inventory.

I had that happen on the 2nd boss - never did get the rewards and it never recorded my point in ranking either. As for support good for you to report it, but don't expect any help - I got same answer refresh and look in inventory. However the rewards never did show or did I ever hear from support.
