    Cmon now ..... really??

    Let me understand this correctly...

    1) lab glitches so I lose many rewards
    2) ruin glitches so I lose many rewards
    3) tavern ....avg 3-10 spirits per million creds...@ 61k per spin now....and every card fails for a week straight on every hero
    4) arena doesnt reset at all
    5) revenge list is useless since fix
    5) cant train away from computer....tynon errors fail connection

    this is just a list of a few of the most costly issues

    but lets be fair...the pro's

    1) continuous harassmet and derogitory remarks from other players
    2) continuous frustration on bosses and battles that defy any common sense
    3) dreadfully long waiting times on stuff like heroic bosses that only dissapoint
    4) increasing costs on everything calculated by who knows what...might be lvl....might be use...might just be for the heck of it
    4) expensive items dissapearing all together at random
    5) (personal favorite) the rediculously outrageous time it takes to fix a bug


    In light of just this......TYNON can forget seeing another cent from me until some kind of reimbursement has been made for sum of this. I dont recall in the tos agreement.
    Those who have half a mind will follow suit ...after all its the players who pay thier bills!!!

    Well put kluchene. Frustration is the leading cause of people quitting this game. People who would be long-term players, who have in many cases, invested both hard earned cash and time. Due to the imbalance, the cost, the fail rates its just too much for many to bother to continue, and that is sad.... very sad indeed. Keeping players slowed from progressing too fast, has seemingly turned into a real test of one's patience and anger management. It will be the detriment of the game that suffers ulltimately. The Devs should remember that word of mouth from addicted gamers is very strong voice.

    Please take heed Devs.... trend is evident now.

    Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure what Lab "glitches" and Rune "glitches" you are referring to but perhaps some more detail would be helpful. We occasionally get reports of people not getting rewards in Lab but in every case, an investigation reveals they did get their reward even if they crashed at an inopportune moment.

    I'm not sure what you mean about the Arena. The Arena gives rewards every day at 10 am server time. You can refresh your game to see the rewards popup. We don't plan on resetting the arena.

    Revenge is not supposed to be a list. It is a way to strike back against people who've attacked you. We want to encourage PvP to happen out in the wild, not simply "farm" daily from a list. That's boring.

    We're working to improve connection problems, but the bottom line is this is a flash game and crashes and disconnections are sometimes going to occur. We're pushing browsers to their limit and far beyond what they were designed to do by turning it into a full-time game client--especially when players often have multiple tabs open!

    By increasing cost on "everything" I presume you mean the Tavern. Tavern costs are based on your level. We make it cheaper for new players so they can afford to search for heroes.

    We've put a block feature in the game to let players silence anyone who is bothering them.

    Bosses are difficult on purpose.

    You can do every heroic boss once per day. Random loot is random.

    I would need more info about "disappearing items" as I haven't heard of this before. I'm skeptical about valuable items simply disappearing.

    Well put... Out of all those things though it is "the battles that defy common sense" that really upset me. I would really like this game to be how it was one it first came out, battle animation wise. It is just dumb when you lose with 3 heroes left or a Driving Blow does nothing when it is not dodged.. etc etc.
