Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure what Lab "glitches" and Rune "glitches" you are referring to but perhaps some more detail would be helpful. We occasionally get reports of people not getting rewards in Lab but in every case, an investigation reveals they did get their reward even if they crashed at an inopportune moment.

I'm not sure what you mean about the Arena. The Arena gives rewards every day at 10 am server time. You can refresh your game to see the rewards popup. We don't plan on resetting the arena.

Revenge is not supposed to be a list. It is a way to strike back against people who've attacked you. We want to encourage PvP to happen out in the wild, not simply "farm" daily from a list. That's boring.

We're working to improve connection problems, but the bottom line is this is a flash game and crashes and disconnections are sometimes going to occur. We're pushing browsers to their limit and far beyond what they were designed to do by turning it into a full-time game client--especially when players often have multiple tabs open!

By increasing cost on "everything" I presume you mean the Tavern. Tavern costs are based on your level. We make it cheaper for new players so they can afford to search for heroes.

We've put a block feature in the game to let players silence anyone who is bothering them.

Bosses are difficult on purpose.

You can do every heroic boss once per day. Random loot is random.

I would need more info about "disappearing items" as I haven't heard of this before. I'm skeptical about valuable items simply disappearing.
