Stanley's response seemed innocent at first but after many failed hero cards in a row I realized what he was telling me. I'm to big for the server and I will not get successful hero cards again. This also stand true for spirit plans, I have never had a spirit plan drop. though I have faced the third and fourth boss's many times. I thought nothing about it until other players told me they get plans to drop. I am also noticing I only get Lv1 stones from the bosses now as well. In the Lab the other day i completed the maze only to face 4 bosses and receive 1 token and 3 lv1 stones. Again Stanley's statement about "balance" has to make me wonder what is happening.

Also as we talk about "Balance" after I quit this game the "balance" will further tilt into iDeadly's favor. Yes, I am the strongest player, but I'm not in the strongest guild. By chasing me away from the game you create a further imbalance in the game by making iDeadly even stronger as compared to the other guilds. In fact as strong as I am I'm only in the forth strongest guild, by forcing me out they will drop substantially in there ranking. So as usual in a socialistic attempt to create equality you are about to create a further unequal game.

Oh well just typed a long response to your balanced reply, unfortunately I hit submit rather than update and lost it all.

Real quick I have now had 6 hero cards in a row fail. This leads me to believe that your statement about "much more balanced for all players" means I'm screwed in this game until more players catch up to me.

If this is what you are doing by making all my stars and now hero cards fail then please refund some of the money I spent and just lower my power tonight. This slow death while other top players are receiving and sanctifying there hero's at a steady pace is really not fun anymore.

I have talked to a few of the top players and none of them have had the failure rate I am experiencing.

Stars excluded we all understand the stars are you best attempt at ripping us off. So none of us spend the 10 gems on stars anymore. We know they will fail and take the stars we have away.

Well I think this is my last letter to you all I at least thank you for telling me you are unfair will punish me for my success in this game.

Signed never spending another dime on one of your games again.

We're working continuously to make the game mechanism much more balanced for all players and we're actively reading into your words and making note of suggestions offered to make this game more playable. Some changes may have some effects on certain players but all those changes are subjected to better enhance the majority's game experience.

As I continue to play this game I find myself spending less and less money. This can be verified my looking at my account. Time and time again I find if I spend money for items in this game it's for not.

Stars are purchased only to have them fail. Not only do they fail costing you the 10 gems spent for each star but they take away stars already acquired. So if I spend 30 gems for the 3 stars needed to increase 1 star for my hero and it fails this really cost me as much as 150 gems. Because I can lose as many as 2 stars for a failed attempt at a cost of 30 gems per star. Then assuming the next 2 attempts are successful to regain the 2 stars I lost this would have a net cost of 150 gems. And the next 2 attempts are never successful.

Then there is the Tavern and hero cards. Today I used many credits to try to get a hero card. After many spins at 90,000 credits per spin I was given the chance at 3 cards that I could use. afters shuffling I picked my 1st card. it was not 1 i could use. So I paid 10 gems for a 2nd try and again not a card I could use. So I paid 50 knowing I had to get a card I could use and I did. I then went to sanctify the hero only to have it fail.

So should you see more players like myself spend less money on your game you now may have a better understanding why.

P.S. I spent 7 million credits and 60 gems and got 2 hero cards. Both failed.

I would only ask do you think this is fair to your customers.

DarkFury is absolutely right, I am now a 4.2 VIP 6 and I get more and more failures for all my hero cards, I received three hero cards after spending the additional 10 gems and then 50 gems (which the disclaimer on the game indicates should have only been 10 gems for the third choice) for the same hero and all three cards failed. My stars continually fail and take away stars that I have already successfully applied. It seems that the game is designed to make you fail at attempts if you have a history of spending money on their game so that you will spend more to get what you are looking for. I agree with DarkFury and Tynon can look at my account history also, I will not spend another dime on this or any other game that you design.......

You are not alone DarkFury. THis happens to me all the time as well and I also am thinking about leaving the game.

Wake up Tynon, you are about to lose every cash player you have on this server, and I will not join another.

It is obvious to me they are only interested in the quick dollar and screw everyone else. Great way to run a business.

Tynon shouldn't be punishing you or any player for being ahead of a game that's incomplete. I'm assuming the "game mechanism" being referred to is your success rates DF, so in-game you'll see (for example) 50% success rate when in actuality they probably have it programmed for you at 10%. I can only assume they have a system for downgrading success rates for "certain players", either top 10 in each realm or the players that are featured in heaven palace.

Not a Game of Chance!. I've been keeping a log. I see, I have logic, I like the game, I would like to buy in on it. But, over the months of keeping notes on two games, and hearing the voice of the players, reading the forums
cry's of Foul Play! I see no Game Of Chance. The game has a Star % and Card %. The Lab, also has A Poss + Neg -Play, but this is a program not Chance. Now like a Casino.A Casino does not rob the players!!! The Fed's would close them down as soon as them found out about it. and off to jail they go. The Star taking after player's
Had to spend and spend even more to the program of %. Just to have the program take those Star's Us Players
Paid time after time out-right! for. You call Chance? That is more like Racketeering. When there's a program it
will do this the same on All Tynon Servers And So, Not By Chance, But a Program. Now, This is also done to
players, but they are called: Bugs, Servers Full I.E Hey There! By chance, Most things wouldn't happen over
and over. I must say, I like this game. If Tynon would take out Those programs. Tynon would see more money
coming in. Tynon, Please, give me back what I would spend on the game anyway. I did send it to spend with fun.

lol that's true...ultimately we take our fates into our own hands by continuing to roll the dice. Personally I just reached the wall and not willing to spend further on a poor investment at best, but each person has to make that choice for themselves.

Not really sure what the OP is implying? Unless it's somehow reducing the odds of success for "higher" players. Which, when you get up to a certain point the odds are pretty crazy anyway, so not sure how new that is.
