Finished first like 30 or 40 times so far while in the lvl 50's but have not gotten any guardian sword, staff or relic plans, infact between all 3 realms i only ever seen a guard sword won 1 time and staff won 1 time, no relics, why can't the drop rate be the same for each plan? once i reach lvl 60 thats it for guard plans, come on...
