Battle planning bug

I am host of Firies in Trident of Poseidon.
We have guilds warfare every day, usually other guilds challenging us.
It's a pain though. We do battle planning before guilds warfare. Then when we go into guilds warfare to fight, everyone has been randomly reassigned to different cities. What good is battle planning if it's not working? We lost a city last night to a weak guild thanks to this stupid bug. Get it fixed.

Lotsa threads on this. And with customer support out got the weekend, you can (and should) put a ticket in. But it won't get read til tomorrow. And will likely get an auto-reply.

Guild wars is bugged on all servers it seems. Battle planning, people getting stuck in camps and unable to move either direction until killed, no G button showing up leaving people stuck at F... the list goes on. Last ticket I put in, I got the usual auto reply... they are aware of the bug and are working to fix it. In other words, "screw you, we are too busy opening new buggy servers, and don't care to pay someone to actually fix existing ones. Don't hold your breath.

Blaze of Fire Dragon server seems to be working ok for Fire Realm. Occasionally we get the misplaced player but have figured out that it has to do with not claiming guild benefits or logging in late. Still the Battle Planning window should work even in these cases otherwise you CAN end up losing cities. We have lost cities twice. Once for this reason and the other time when GW glitched. Fortunately it's not that difficult for us to get them back.... so far. It just tends to get expensive trying to outbid the other guilds for them.
