    Lost Gems after clicking on "Free Upgrade" slot

    5 - Trident of Poseidon

    3- Platform:
    PC.

    4- Operating system:
    Windows 7.

    5- Description:
    Hi there, I had 123 gems, and after clicking on the inventory slot that was unlocked (cool down was over, then the slot showed a open lock), the amount of gems I had dropped to 67. I am positive I did not open a locked slot with gems, but merely clicked on a open slot that has cool-down timer completed.

    6- Summary:
    Lost gems to "free inventory slot".

    7- Upload a file:
    Nil.

    I suggest you start a ticket with billing support, who also incidentally deal with all customer service issues. They have your payment and purchase records and can help you get to the bottom of this.
