Good luck with that. You can submit a ticket to billing support about it, but don't hold your breath waiting for a positive response. You are sure you beat him and had the gem stake in one of the lower defending stakes slots? And sure they did not come back and take them back from you? And sure no one challenged you while defending them and took the stake from you? If the original owner of the stake is high VIP and was on, their auto-collect may have overridden your taking the stakes. Seen that happen a few times. Haad it and the other situations happen to me a few times. Good luck trying to get those gems back. Not likely to happen. *shrugs*
