So I was shocked to wake up today, and see I had leveled up while training. Even more shocked to find 10,000K coins in my account. Had no clue where they came from, but was not about to complain.

Turns out after checking on a ticket I put in a few days ago about runes being messed up by a failure to sync disconnect while runing, they checked it out and credited me the coins for my inconvenience. SWEET! Helped me get runes leveled up this am.

So people, even though I may joke or be snarky about lack of customer support at times, I gotta say a HUGE than you to them for coming through on this particular ticket. Want the proof? Here it is-

So people, even though it may seem like support ignores almost every ticket or complaint, it PAYS to submit those tickets. They just may do right by you. They did for me.
