Please explain to me why i can log my wifes account on server 1 , but i can not log my account ? Same computer same ip . Yet i can not log my account . Im the top player on server 1 and this is simply ridiculous. Please dawn explain this to me.

Totally not fixed. I can't reliably load server 1 or server 11. Beta server loads but still runs horribly slow (nothing new there). I got booted during Baal today (I was in 5th place on s11), and wasn't able to get back in for over two hours. After 15min in the game, It froze and when I tried to refresh, I wasn't able to reload the page. I tried using IE10, IE11, Chrome (22?), on Windows 7 and Windows 8. I tried connecting from three different ISPs including my 4G AT&T Phone tethering. Occasionally, I will be able to load the servers, but they glitch within 20min and when i try to reload, no such luck. Please fix this login problem ASAP. Thanks!

when is this hardware fix supposed to take place? my guild needs me for GW as it does its other members that can not log in, this has been going on for the last 9 hours, approximately when can I expect to play the game ive payed money to play?
Yes, an answer, any answer would be nice. I am host of my guild and cannot log in and when i do it doesn't last long.
I can log in just fine on server 1 without issues, but have had issues with server 41 all day long. Lost gems credits, etc. I can not log in server 41.
Agreed Meena, I've already lost 1 cerb and 2 baals over this mess, along with all the credits spent and rewards lost.

Note: 5:09PM, was able to log in, tried runing, stuck on legendary runekeeper, had to refresh................
Can no longer log in, was able to stay on for a whole 4 minutes........GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
