Login & Connection Issues 8/13/13

vip2 here same thing. how is it fair that i cant do anything.and your letting people still play how in the hell is that fair. shut it all down and fix it.

Update 4:19 PM (Chicago Time)
We've put in a temporary fix until a permanent hardware fix can go in place later this evening. Most or all players should be able to login now, but if you do have any lingering issues, they should be completely resolved after the hardware fix this evening.

We're aware that some players are currently not able to log in to the game or to stay connected. We're investigating the issue right now and I'll post more information here when I have it.

I feel like a little part of me is dying on the inside because of this.. Apparantly, some of my posts from earlier today are being repeated over and over in chat and I wasn't even logged in. Many posts are looking like skipping records and just repeating in a loop. Fun right? I can see everything in game while it isn't being responsive, including chat, but they can only see my skipping record posts.

it's interesting - I was able to get online for 5-10 min. It appears the vip customers are the accounts affected the most - those non vip accounts have been playing fine gathering rewards all day. Then I crashed again. server 42 been down most of the ay and we are barely a week old - you know how much character development happens at this stage to lose a da and the competitive advantage we've built up Is huge.

I'm VIP6 and have never been booted out today. When i refresh everything comes back right away.

Agreed. Not to mention loss of credits and rep from Baal/Cerb and possibly guild wars...although it sounds as though some were able to take advantage. With this, Tynon has basically provided some individuals with a free day to level up or surpass, and stalls others.
