Not to mention since i am a smaller player i dont normally get to sail and require playing in GW for my last daily chest, which i couldnt get today so right there im out 5 gems.... This needs to be made right tynon!!

Extremely disappointed....been on this game for about 4 days or so, have spent money and now VIP4. Have spent may hours so far building. Being down for a night is a HUGE loss. You should stop promoting your new servers and fix the current ones. Will you refund the money I have spent?? Please do not tell me that this is a risk you take. I think I speak for all those affected.

Online games are not mission-critical fault-tolerant applications that need to be online 24/7/365

Servers have outages, connection hiccups, and have to be taken down every now and then for maintenance and updates

If every time a server goes down, or one has connection issues to a server, you feel the need to rage off and destroy everything, online gaming is not for you

The servers were not down, Herby, only some players were kept out of them, mine seems to be working now after several hours of waiting.....

We lost a city (defended 3) and couldn't take a level 4 city do to people losing connection.

Sure we'll take them eventually, but it's just frustrating when the game decides its own speed.

Finally logged in ....there is also a bug trying to drop the window of bank items.

This would be for all players when it's taken down, to leave some players in the game like the two vip8's that looted while i couldn't log in is bs. There was no outage, connection issues, server wasn't taken down and no update done. Certain players were locked out and couldn't get in while other can.

Agree At least the forum is trying to keep us informed and let us know when we can get back in......Hmm some sort of compensation package would be nice as currently people are not getting what they have paid for. Or does Tynon want to be sued for fraud and mis representation? Don't know about other countries but Australia has consumer laws that protect people or demands compensation to be made when you don't get what is advertised, no matter what "terms and conditions" the company has had you sign, maybe they should consider this before people get so upset that a class action is put together????.
