And you won't get any by posting here about it. submit a ticket with billing support, and be patient. They get thousands or tickets every day, I am sure. Nad them triage them and send them to the devs, who then have to look into it and see if the problem can be fixed, a game coding error caused the issue, and if comp should be given. It took days for them to get back to me on my ticket about lost runes, nut I was patient, and they comp'ed me very nicely. Put the tickets in and give them time.
