    And you won't get any by posting here about it. submit a ticket with billing support, and be patient. They get thousands or tickets every day, I am sure. Nad them triage them and send them to the devs, who then have to look into it and see if the problem can be fixed, a game coding error caused the issue, and if comp should be given. It took days for them to get back to me on my ticket about lost runes, nut I was patient, and they comp'ed me very nicely. Put the tickets in and give them time.

    I submitted a ticket hours ago, all I got was a thank you and we sorry lame response. When I asked about compensation I got no reply.

    Update: Oh woo hoo I get 2 million coins for losing paid for gems

    Hey, at least they comp'd you something. If you want to try to get the cash back for lost paid for gems, you have to take that up with Paypal. The game devs won't, maybe can't, refund your money. Paypal is the only one who can. Submit a chargeback request with them, and expect to wait a LONG time to hear from them. I use Paypal for my business, and have gotten a number of chargeback from them, but it took days or weeks most times. Give them all the proof you have, including screen shots of all the posts from people who had this issue, including yourself. The more proof you have, the more likely they are to respond quickly and hopefully chargeback your cash.

    so still no answer on why certain accounts were targeted for the lock out then, as usual just carry on opening servers ignoring the issues with ones in existence already, my account hasnt been the same since the lockout. And as for all u suck ups saying this is wat happens on online games blah blah you just dont get it. i lost a days training baal and cerb and credits used to boost, experience lost due to unable to train the list goes on. When you are competeing at the top five of a server time is a big issue i am now behind players that i was in front of and am unable to catch up, so once again tynon thanx, everything is rosy. great job
    And if you havenet had any issues with the lock out go post your dribble somewhere else no one is interested. Tynon wat a joke
