Login & Connection Issues 8/13/13

All of these issues have effected the arena steaks. Once again I looted a ten gem steaks and have received nothing!!! There are other problems but this is most noticeable.

Once again I looted a 100 gem steak and I did not get it. I'm thinking now that my upgrade to VIP4 was a big mistake.

I am unable to find my account anywhere. it takes me to a screen to create a new player.
I am currently level 43 and have spent a bit of money on the game. i do not want to lose my player
any ideas on how to log back in an start playing again?

Log in through that screen with your existing email and password it should give a message that says "e-mail is already in use" and take you to the last server you logged into. After that, the regular log in screen should pop up. Happens to me every time I clear cache and internet history.

Do you remember the server name or number? If not try posting guild names and/or the name of the top players to see if any one recognizes them and can tell you what server you were in.
