Can't log into Server 3 with my main account

I made a new account to see if it was just my main that couldn't log in.. but that account got in, So only my main can't log in today. It loads up to 100% but even after an hour it still wouldn't load the game. Like I said I tried other accounts and they work, I tried my main on different browsers, it doesn't work, I tried cleaning cache cookies etc on all my browsers... it doesn't work... so its only my main account that cant get in. Can I please get this looked into asap? I payed a lot of money for this game and missing even one day of it almost makes all that money a waste and I do not appreciate that. Please help me fix this tynon as I know its a problem with the game and not my side.

I just got a guild member to try and log me in on their computer... in a different country.... and it still gets stuck at 100% so it is for sure a problem with the account. if anyone can help please do!
