Now it has happen to me Tynon has screwed my account up causing me not to be able to log into my account. My on line game name is ICU on server 54 when I log one it says that you done have a such email address. Please fix this!!!!!! PS I have heard that ucool is being sued over matters like this from paying customers are they like me and lose the whole account for no reason?
What you've heard and what is happening are two very different things. I think you've been a Victim of Internet rumours. Don't always believe what you hear, especially off strangers.
Submit a ticket to Customer service. Find them at the homepage by clicking billing support or using the link in my sig.
