Comp for missing pretty much the whole day

Well i want some compensation for all everything I missed let alone all the credits i lost due to oyur screwing up our accts.....got 1/3 of cerb at 80% boost ..got 5 hits on BAAL at 80% boost and also 1/3 of RG.also 80% boost..thats alot of credits i blew let alone not to get anything from them.also missed GW.so comp is for sure due us.Don't matter if your a VIP or not..we got screwed out of it thanks to your lack of knowing how to fix things let alone fix the game in general.

If you want comp, posting about it here won't get it for you. Submit a ticket to Billing support with your info and any screenshots you have. And be polite. Support does not respond well to people screaming or cursing at them. *knows this from personal experience XD* And then be patient. It may take a few days for them to figure out what happened, and how much to comp you for, if they decide to comp you. I figure if they are going to comp for this glitch, they have a TON of people to look at and figure out what the appropriate comps are. Submit your ticket, and I hope everyone who had serious losses from this bug do get good comps.
