If you want comp, posting about it here won't get it for you. Submit a ticket to Billing support with your info and any screenshots you have. And be polite. Support does not respond well to people screaming or cursing at them. *knows this from personal experience XD* And then be patient. It may take a few days for them to figure out what happened, and how much to comp you for, if they decide to comp you. I figure if they are going to comp for this glitch, they have a TON of people to look at and figure out what the appropriate comps are. Submit your ticket, and I hope everyone who had serious losses from this bug do get good comps.![]()
