    Buying 2nd and 3rd card in the Tavern costs more gems than it states

    The text clearly states that if you are VIP3 you can flip over another card for 10 gems and if you are VIP 5 you can flip over a third card for an additional 10 gems.

    Why then does it decrement 30 gems per additional card flip?

    I've documented this with screenshots and reproduced it several times. Please correct this fraudulent activity immediately.

    The print on tavern does state that. It's never been changed, but in fact it is 10 gems for the 2nd card flip at VIP3, 50 gems for the 3rd card flip at VIP5+. They never got round to fixing the mistake. Many typos in game, lol .. have to overlook them.

    just buy your gems and do not worry about the errors.

    I will worry about it. It's fraud to state one thing and do another in business. If they do not correct this, I will be entitled to a full refund for all monies spent. Additionally, they may be subject to further sanctions from the FTC and various State agencies who do not seem to have much humor when it comes to things like this.

    There is a notification telling that to flip the second card over is 30 whatever it is gems. You are then informed it will cost you that and therefore by clicking you know it will cost the stated amount.

    Admittedly it should be made clearer before you get that far.

    Yes, but if I clicked the "stop bugging me box" the first time, because I quite reasonably expected them to follow the pricing structure they outlined. I did open a ticket with them though, we'll see if they do anything or make me call my CC and discuss it with them. Wither way it will be handled, but one way they'll get to keep the money I've paid them so far.

    One of the reasons I paid to get to VIP5 was because it said that it was 10 gems. To find out after the fact is fraud. To give these little benefits but make them more expensive is not doing us any favors.

    Don't beat Morgan up over it please. She is a player like us, and a volunteer. Not paid game staff. And she makes a good point. Put a ticket in with support about it. Or send suggestion to Dawn. Either way, it's the weekend, and the devs and support won't be in until Monday. *shrugs*

    For the record, that notification only becomes clear after the purchase of VIP and use of a second flip. It is misleading... I felt rather robbed, since it is a great insentive to go to VIP 5, even if it was too good to be true. For me it does feel like false advertisement even if it is an honest mistake. I love the game though so I would have gone to the vip level regardless, but it should be fixed.

    Agreed. When I first started playing and saw the "stay online to unlock this slot for free" on the right side of the warehouse, and saw it was not free, but cost gems...
    I put a ticket in with billing support. Got the usual form auto-replay first. Countered with the statement "This looks alot like false advertising and bait-n-switch". Interestingly enough, 2 days later that little "unlock for free" was gone.

    Can't say that my ticket and response were the reason that they changed it, but it was an interesting coincidence on the timing. Just saying...
