unable to get support

Why is it that support will not fix problems?
why does support allow some players to break the T.O.S
Is this site getting ready to close down ?

Only asking these questions because i have reported a few players for cheats and nothing has been done.
the site allows others to use glitches and will do nothing about it. one play can switch realms and take 1st place then switch back to their own realm and retain the top spot in both realms. this is wrong and what dos support do about it NOTHING.

i was stuck in a loop for 4 days on one of the new servers and reported it to support and received a form letter more or less saying that's a shame. i had to remove all my fighters and runes and equipment off my leader and wait till someone attacked me and won. now that player is stuck in the same loop. in the event they are watching i can help them as much as support " what a shame "

Dev claims to be trying to improve the game but honestly all they are doing is changing stuff around so that gem buyers will need to spend more cash to perform the same tasks as before. that already know a few are foolish enough to think that certain part of the game are random and if they spend enough then they will get good stuff. hey people here is a secret when it comes to computers there is no such thing as random everything that happens is programed which is why for instance in the tavern when you first start the fighters are always the same and no matter which card you click it is always the same card you can do it 1 million times and each time it will be the same card.


in less than 2 months they have opened over 54 servers each one can hold over 4000 players and about 1/2 of those has spent at least $5 for $540,000 dollars and in that time they have been unable to fix even 1 problem. yes they send out mass messages saying they have fixed problems but all they actually did wat move the problem
