Lol,
I bought 21 medal. I sold stuff I didn't want to sell to make room.
Then I waited for the gems to return. So guess what. I not get my gems returned as it stated.
I did not get added stars the next day as most may have, after all....I did not have room in my inventory for them. I was supposed to get the gems back so I only sold what I had to for the new ones I bought.
Silly me, I did not immediately use the new stars to make room for the GEMS that were supposedly going to return. So the bonus stars never arrived either.
I use to add my 2-3 gem stars as needed from Fair. Spent over 200 gems on Stars that not return the gems and not add Stars...Talk about getting royally screwed!
I would have utilized the 200+ gems in needed areas, but since it stated we would get them back..I took a chance and wasted sooooooooooo many irreplaceable gems!

It's a Beta. Testing and proving ground before going live. bugs, glitches, and changes are all expected.

I want my 200 gems refunded.

I ONLY spent the gems cos it said.. And STILL says.. Gems refunded..



I spent 200 gems.. Give me back my 200 gems.. U can keep the stars and Suck on them.. I prefer to keep the gems for other stuff!!

Under Terms And conditions. What Tynon says is what we get.. U stated that we get gems back..

I think it would not be so far fetched that the reason it was worded incorrectly was because of the language barrier between the people who are operating this game and the majority language that people who play this game speak/understand.

I think the wording was incorrect on accident. Since it is the Beta Server where things are being tested it should be expected that there will be issues. It is a Beta Server, it is to be expected.
There have been many instances where a communication was sent out that did not make sense only for it to be revised a week later with the correct meaning/intention.

To all those who lost gems attempting to take advantage of this deal, I'm sorry that happened to you, but it is time to move forward from this. It's basically a BOGO sale. Who doesn't love a good BOGO sale ? (Buy One Get One)

Anytime Tynon says you will get gems refunded you should immediately suspect something is not right. I bought two medals just to see, figuring that I would never see those gems again. It was as I expected. Like they say. It's beta. It's supposed to be the place where all the mistakes are made and fixed before live. I'm sorry you blew through 200 gems but that was just a bad decision on your part.

OK. I am totally confused now. I know that you do not get the gems that you spent buying the medals bit I still do not understand how it works.

1. If the star upgrade works do you get back the medals used (I assume yes, but with Tynon I have learned not to make assumptions)?
2. If the star upgrade fails do you get back the medals used?
3. And just to be safe, if a star upgrade fails and you loose a star and then try again and get it back do you get the medals used to get it back?
