You get 1 chance per guild level. so 5 chances for guild level 5.

For people who do grand donations, 5 chances are not enough, far from it. 8 chances would be more suited for them

I don't think it's related to the Guild Warfare city buffs. These Chests, you have 4 chances to purchase one using Guild Contributions, you could be right though Herby. If it is related to Guild Warfare then AFTER the first 4 chances to purchase a chest (its 4 chances to buy either the golden or silver chest combined not each) you would get an additional 3 giving you 7 chances to buy a chest. Now that would be sweet if it's true !

Has anyone been informed or red about when the live patch will happen?

If I recall correctly I think Ragnarok was around for 3 weeks before it went live, maybe if this does go live it would be around that time? Purely speculation.

yes, you still get the lvl70 rewards if you are already over lvl70 atleast was for me like that in beta

Rednaz, I noticed in the picture in your post that you have some of the extra slots in the bank open. Did you have to buy them with Gems ot is there some other way for them to be opened like the ones in the heroes package?

They were paid for, no way to open slots in the bank for free at this time.

Thanks for pointing out the type. It should have read that players will "NOW" get plans appropriate for their level, meaning you will not get plans for gear that you are not able to acquire items for or enter the zones where they drop.
