And if you expect that to happen without a ticket put into billing support, you will disappointed. Gotta put the ticket in. And expect to not hear back until Monday at the earliest. Support and devs work M-F 8am-4pm, European time it seems. Not in on weekends. Or any time convenient to most. Which sux, since it seems like alot of people got royally screwed by this.

Sorry Cat. Put a ticket in, and I hope they do right by you on Monday. And comp you extra. (Not holding breath for the comp tho...hope you get gems back.)

|That is not what the feature states. As you can see from the screenshot I just attached, I was promised "Gem cost of all medals purchased on Friday will be refunded the next day!" I am still waiting for my gem cost to be refunded.

|I bought 17 medals at a cost of 170 gems. The feature explicitly states that gem cost will be refunded the next day. I do not have my gems back. My character name is Catweasel. Please refund my gems at your earliest opportunity.

If they are picky about which gems they will refund, why would they omit that fact?

This, however, tells me they either lied or screwed up:

"For every medal purchased Friday you will get a free one on Saturday. You will get medal returned not gems."

I am still waiting for my gems to be returned.

Its a beta server. they can shut it down right now and no one can complain or do anything about it.

If you want customer service, the right to complain, play on a Live server.

They can change anything they want in beta.
