Gave me a Hero then took it away
Today I found I had a new hero in my lineup, I asked around and felt it was a glitch. I had an archer named Gray. I decided I would see if it worked, it did, so I put my runes and gear on him. I logged in for GW and find that the hero is gone, my gear is gone and my runes are gone. That was atleast 30million+ in coins. I have taken a screen shot. I am asking for a fix either give me my gear and runes back or the value so I can recover my other hero.
Somehow there's a glitch that is mixing players leader heroes. If anything mysterious appears in your account, it's wise not to equip it with anything, just refresh and it will disappear eventually.
In the meantime, start a customer service ticket by either going through Billing Support on the Tynon homepage or using the link in my sig.
Hopefully you'll get your stuff back.
