Are there any difference between attributes from a sanctification and the same attributes from a rune ?

I have made 2 sanctifications on the same hero. 1 gave +15 block and the other gave +15 resilience.
A lvl 2 wall, gives +18 block and i guess that a lvl 2 phantom gives more resilience than the sanctification, too.
IMHO that makes the sanctifications "useless" and it would be better for me to reset my hero and try to get some better attributes.
