Not receiving card from Tavern

Hi all,

Tonight on Quiver of Neith server I won a Calvin card, purchased it, then refreshed again and won a valla card (very lucky, after idk how many millions in credit earlier). I bought the Valla card but when I looked in my inventory (playing on Chrome, XP server pack 3) there was only the Valla card (very upsetting). Then I noticed there was no announcement of winning Calvin, rather some-one else had won Calvin. I was very shocked. Earlier, this kind of mix up had occurred in arena, where someone attacked my credits but they had actually attacked a different person, who I had attacked nearly two hours earlier, not me but somehow had ended up with my coins

Please, this is very frustrating, bad enough sinking lots of real money to buy gems to use in tavern is basically useless, I have only once gained benefit. I realise this is somewhat tangential but the low rate of success on turning a second card, even when there are two rare cards potentially available, is a disincentive to spend money.

Btw I am always out of sync with my guild during guild wars, would greatly appreciate any way this could be remedied.

Go to www.tynon.com and then to billing support and submit a ticket. You may get something back if they can verify it.

Hi, thought I should update this incase some else has same issue. I have since discovered, that while there was no announcement, my blue (knight Calvin) automatically became purple Calvin (with the skill Will Breaker), I am much relieved. Hope this helps, if anyone else wonders where their Calvin card has gone.
