    Go to www.tynon.com and then to billing support and submit a ticket. You may get something back if they can verify it.

    Hi, thought I should update this incase some else has same issue. I have since discovered, that while there was no announcement, my blue (knight Calvin) automatically became purple Calvin (with the skill Will Breaker), I am much relieved. Hope this helps, if anyone else wonders where their Calvin card has gone.
