Missing a Relic6

I got a Hope Bringers Relic last night from a Boss in Heroic Realm. I crafted it and then had plans in my warehouse for a Champion Relic and Guardian Relic. I spent today crafting it and then started to change the Relic between my staring five heroes. It disappeared. I no longer have the Crafted Guardian Relic and instead have the apprentice Relic. I checked my warehouse and I am missing the Champion Relic Plans but not the Guardian Relic Plans. I also don't have the Hope Bringer Plans I got last night. I also noticed while switching the Relics around between Heroes that the Gems and Slots would disappear. It would show as though they were never claimed and the gems were missing not even in my inventory. I refreshed a few times and received an error in the warehouse over and over again. When I was finally able to log back in I noticed that my gems and slots had returned on the Relics, but I was still missing the fourth Guardian Relic and/or the Hope Bringer Plans and Champion Relic Plans. I also noticed that my research in blacksmith seemed reduced on a few of my heroes.
