My Shayd is doing a good job of stunning. I have a lv7 Intensiveness and Preciseness. Her staff is Ironhart lv25 with 3 lv4 and 2 lv2 rubies. Illuminated Mind is at lv31. Not sure what of these is improving her stunning.
