PvP Suggestion

If someone is either within 500k power of you or of greater power than you, it would make sense to be able to attack them in PvP regardless of level.

People can drop to 1 hero and no gear and farm alts all day long

Anything has its abuses. If we design the game solely for the purposes of defeating those who exploit, then it ruins the game for everyone else. There are plenty of people around my power who I can't attack...It seems pretty dumb to me that this is the case.

Well that's too bad. I find this idea terrible because of how power growth can go up or down based on small changes.
