Here are some various ideas and hopefully helpful suggestions I've collected from world, realm and guild chats on the server I call home.

In no particular order:

1) Continue the beginners rewards.
Instead of daily, however, just do it once a week. eg. Week 1: Defeat Bigger Heroic realm boss A, reach level x and have a hero at 3 stars. Rewards: stuff, like 2 blue stars, 1 million coins and 30 gems. After week 4 no more freebies.

2) Ability to shuffle through a set of available plans from a heroic realm boss upon boss defeat.
First ever defeat of the heroic boss would give a plan as normal. On the next defeat, small window reading: "You have defeated Envoy! You find a Hopebringer Staff plan, take it or rummage for another plan?" could pop up, with the option to Shuffle or Take. Obviously the Take option would be used if Envoy gave you that much needed staff plan, but if you don't need it, shuffling for a chance at the sword would be quite divine.

3) Dismissing recruited heroes.
There comes a time when all of those lovely drinking buddies from the Heaven Tavern are just too drunk to fight. (read: they were recruited but now are not being used for whichever reasons) Allow them to be "dismissed" and give back some credits or spirits (if gold or purple heroes are dismissed). 250K credits for starred blue heroes, 100 spirits for purple heroes, and 250 spirits for golds (starred or not), or whichever amount of each would make more less-abusable sense.

3) Converting materials into level 1 chips.
Some of the collected materials for gear upgrades could also be exchanged for level 1 chips. It'd make sense to restrict the material conversion to only converting to a chip that'd go into the gear the material is used to make. eg. Horns used to make Hopebringer Spirits could only be converted into Sapphires. 50 to 1 ratio suggested.

4) Optional viewing of pvp combat animations.
Being attacked is the way of life on Tynon, but having to sit through 4+ minutes of combat animation is frustrating when you knew, last week, that you don't have a prayer to win against Herbert(name chosen at random). Treat it like the arena where you can choose to view the animation. This would be particularly helpful for during Banish events and Guild War events.

5) Realm or guild donation chests.
Possibly the most abusable of the ideas, donating unneeded plans/chips/credits/coins/etc could have great potential if properly restricted. Donations could be done only once per day, via the assistant or just walking to the chest and interacting with it. It was suggested that in order to take something from the chest you have to donate first. eg. I donate a Hopebringer relic plan and can take from the chest that much needed level 1 emerald that someone else donated.

6) Mounts being more useful than just aesthetic appeal.
More inventory space if you have a mount. Some people are packrats, some are not, so allow mounts a max inventory space equal to half of the hero personal inventory space. (max of 24)
