Cant Pvp

on beta my rune chest has parts locked that shouldnt be and want gems to open the slots where you combine the runes after pulling them from the temple. this has been like this for months but my new issue is a problem. I can not revenge or make any PvP attacks for the assistant cause it gives me an error saying that ive reached my maximum for the day and to try back in 3 seconds this is now day 2 for this issue tynon can you please address these issues so that i can actualy play the game.

Go to the Tynon main page and submit a ticket using the Billing Support link. You may have better luck that way

I'm not sure what you mean by parts are locked? You should be able to use credits to open new slots in your Rune Menu to place runes on your Heroes is what you're referring to in the image below?

There is a new limit of 10 PvP Revenge or Attacks in Beta per day, is that the issue you are having? (Yes I know you said for the Assistant which means you most likely have NOT attacked or revenged anyone but I wanted to ask anyway just in case it was a misunderstanding.) Also is this issue occurring on the Beta Server or on a Regular Server?

not the hero slots those dont use gems to open they cost credits im reffering to the chest to the left of your screen shot
