    Thankyou and there is also the point that you can pay $20-$30 to protect the card when you sanctify (by buying $10 worth of gems), have it protect the card from failure and then it gives you the useless stat. This also happened to me two times, where I spent money on a card, paid the insurance to protect it from loss and then was given no consideration (nothing of value) in return for what I paid. That's why I wanted a refund, they gave me nothing of value.
    The elements of contract law are offer, acceptance, agreement and consideration. They provided no consideration, so this is not a valid transaction.

    BWAHAHAH! Try making that argument in court. You know as well as I do why it would be rejected.
