Stuck in old realms arena

I changed realms and I'm stuck in my old realms arena, I can hit them but they can't see me. I refreshed, hit them etc and have reported it but got the same generic 'We have recieved this message from a few people'

Good luck, have the same situation as you, been a week now, they wont help in any way shape or form
