    Shayd and Cianna Nerfed

    Level 10 preciseness, Level 10 advantage, Level 9 infalabilty. None of these runes increase hit or stun ratings with shayd or cianna. Just thought I would let everyone know before they wasted any time powering up these runes. It seems their stuns were nerfed for boss fights as of about a week ago. I'm over 600k rep and i'm not sure If i will upgrade when i reach 800k rep as the upkeep of 10k a day isn't even possible with these two not stunning.

    During Cerberus this morning, Cianna was hitting just fine for me but Shayd was acting as if she'd lost her will to live. Even when I'd hit (much more rarely than usual), she seemed to fail to stun more often than she'd land a stun. Maybe it was just my luck, but the difference really hurt my damage potential today. Hopefully Baal is different.

    precise and infal both make a difference for shayd, and all 3 make a difference for cianna. only thing changed was the chance to stun in banish events while the boss is at 100+ morale. once he hits that morale peak for a thousand strike just from my experience now you will miss almost every time with a stun. easy fix use a calvin in your form and set the formation correctly so he will breakers right before a shayd or cianna atck follow up

    I agree. The chances or stunning has dropped, for sure, but using calvin to drop moral seems to balance it a little bit. Not only does Shayd Miss often, I have noticed her hitting but not stunning even more often recently. I always go into a Banish knowing that it's a crap shoot and anything can or cannot happen.

    I was having this very topic discussed in a another thread,

    The further you are in HR and quest, the less likely you stun.

    And I think the stun rate on WB has been lowered slightly but not much at all

    Im still getting just as many stuns on PvP and on lower HR bosses.

    SO I believe there is an additional factor to determine if a stun is successful, that we may or may not be able to counter and may or may not be able to apply to our own heroes to prevent stuns

    I run Calvin, cianna, and shayd. Whether I'm fighting 50 mill bosses or 250 mill bosses, my stuns have been nerfed majorly which I don't understand as my heroes have only gotten stronger. The bosses were either given a boost or the characters were nerfed. Shayd is missing almost everytime which i'm used to, but cianna something changed. She used to stun almost every skill attack and now her stuns are extremely rare. I can also unequip all 3 of those runes on either character and use preciseness level 3 to prevent boss from dodging which is why i say don't waste on lvl 10 preciseness. I used to stun so many rounds that i never had a timer of having to wait, now i go 2 to 3 round pretty much max and always have a 30-39 second wait because every fight is so short.

    The morale bar has nothing to do with it, he is at 0 morale when cianna trys to stun with her skill attack and she only stuns half the time or less now.
    What you might be thinking of is when he is in his revenge mode that you can't stun him, I use calvin up front then but it doesn't matter, the last hit is predetermined long before hitting him.

    With my set up cianna stuns, then shayd has 2 chances to stun boss, then calvin breaks will. Cianna doesn't stun often and when shayd hits boss is already stunned so make sure you don't confuse those thinking your stun is working. I have run the same lineup for a very long time vs bosses and it was about a week ago I think when their stuns were nerfed. I'm not saying that they don't still stun... I'm just saying it is now much less frequent and is odd because I'm giving them maxed out runs and they still can't string stun him like I was doing before with very low runes.

    soon as he hits 100 morale for a AOE your chance to stun is greatly reduced. and the bosses have been buffed up. same with all the bosses after Ignis. They were only 1.4m power- 2m power till plague now they are 6m+. if you were to fight the 50m baal again i bet you would still have the same rates you were talking of before. and the 500m+ cerb/baal are going to be even more difficult. mattp made a thread about this aswell. stronger your npc opponent the less likely you are to stun them. nothing has been released from tynon yet about any of it,from clear experience though its easy to see a difference.

    We flip flop between 50 mill and 250 mill which is why i'm saying things have been changed in a vast amount. I am rarely stunning with 50 mill boss that i used to chain round after round. This is with almost all maxed out level 10 offensive runes which does not make sense to me.

    I wish I saw this before I did exactly what he said. I did all as this person did & Shayd misses more than ever - such a disappointment, But then again there are so many in this Tynon game. Maybe we should jot them all down---

    Why necro up an old thread to complain about something irrelevant. Cianna and Shayd have set stun rates, we know this these days. A hit rune means you have less chance to miss, as a missed hit has 0% chance to stun. Same with a blocked attack.

    Outside of giving your heroes the best chance to land a hit, stuns always have and always will be luck based on their base % chance. They were never nerfed, people just thought that way.
