    Claiming cards; why can't I claim two if I clip two?

    Yesterday I flipped two desirable heroes in the tavern (using 10 gems to flip an additional card (a perk available with one of the VIP levels)) , but was only able to claim one. Anyone know why? I looked through the forum's plethora of threads about the Heaven Tavern but couldn't find the answer.
