It is sad to see that the person threatening to close this thread over bashing and spam, is actually creating the spam and is openly bashing several members in this thread. That is why iI have reported her post and hope to see an Admin take action against her.
Now can we get back to our lively discussion on a topic many of us apparently feel very passionately about?
My gripe with this whole upgrade is they have put in a 2.1bil power boss so I am stuck getting light bringers swords/staff
How is that fair?
You have changed the drop rate to be 'fair' but I am stuck through no fault of my own. making drastic changes midway through game is why people are losing interest.

They did say another patch will be coming soon to address the power of that Heroic boss. I do agree that Heroic Realm progression alone isn't enough to determine a "fair" plan set for drops, though.
They said we get lvl 5 city buff within a week and took over a month.

With respect to the comments that advance the idea that you can't use an equipment plan that is beyond the boss you can take out due to inaccessibility to components you are wrong.
It may take a while but there are RANDOM drops of components all the time coming in from arena and other venues beyond the frontiers that you can access. I have been collecting many guardian components that way for a long time and have not yet broken through the guardian sword drop boss in one world.
Why not go back to the old system and drop the more advance plans ALONG with some random quota of components too?
Funny you should say that, but material drops for level 70 plans aren't going INto my inventory any more. Took a while to notice, but I've had exactly the same number of violets, vases, beath teeth et al for weeks now despite having won them multiple times in arena and lab.
Im gonna have to keep track of this. Unfortunately Im now getting level 80 mats. When I really want level 70 mats
I farm level 70 mats for lightbringer equipment fine
To add to that, there's a guy on my server who's gotten his light bringers swords and staves.
