too term something that costs as shuffling when it is actually predetermined where u pick is not after a alleged shuffle is not only misleading but in a game where csh is spent is illegal n in real terms lying! i strongly suggest the term is changed b4 evry player lagally claims all monies spent back ! lies unnacceptable! u know program will show shuffle does not exist so plz sort term pplz as most misleading!

What I take from this is that when you click shuffle it doesn't shuffle....but it does.....the stuff isn't where it was when it was face up....it's in different spots.....therefore it was shuffled.

I am confused by this thread.

There is no foundation for anyone to say picks are predetermined as it isn't a real person with a live deck to prove one way or the other, so I can't say Alan is correct, but I also can't say he's definately wrong.

That being said, I have found it increasingly difficult to draw purple and gold cards as of late. However, I believe this is because I now have 3 saint purples and the difficulty of drawing another probably increases as well as the price with each new one you draw or purchase from the tavern. I can't say the difficulty increases with certainty as it isn't listed anywhere, however, that is what it seems to me and I must say it makes sense and actually assists the new players in not being completely overwhelmed, as I am a wallet warrior/coiner and have immense difficulty in acquiring even my first gold card, been trying for Karthus for the better part of a week to no avail.

I have noticed that a trait similiar to evony, if you upgrade your rank, you get less rose medals. The same concept applies here. If you promote, the cost of the refreshing of heroes is increased. Hope this helps someone. Gets cards before promotion, and it won't cost quite so many credits.

From what i've seen a purple or gold hero either moves one card left or right of it's original spot before the shuffle, that would mean the odds of picking that said purple or gold hero should be 33%, if the hero is on the very end of either side those odds jump to 50% and even higher with more than 1 special hero, if you can go say 25-30 times in a row and not pick a gold or purple hero then how can you not say it's predetermined? The odds of one person not hitting one in that amount of tries is crazy let alone most of the people that play Tynon Beta.

I have 4 purple heros, and I dont agree here.
I have over 156 Spirits, everything I Refresh I get something, so is just luck.

And if its predetermined, so what? Is not lying, read the TOS before actually making this point.
