i haven't had a good time with this can be 3 really good heroes and they always seem to be under the card i didnt pick even with vip3 flipping 2 cards i got absolutely nothing on hundreds of tries

Everything is luck, really. I got over 250 spirits, and is just luck. I'm also VIP3, but I never waste those 10 gems to flip another card.

I have 4 purple heros, and I dont agree here.
I have over 156 Spirits, everything I Refresh I get something, so is just luck.

And if its predetermined, so what? Is not lying, read the TOS before actually making this point.

well i need to tell u u very lucky i have 5 purple heros but i have 408 spirits so that tell u how many times i had to SHUFFLE hey but i did get it

I also have 5 purple heros, and I don't shuffle that much. At least like 10 times per day. (Lol- not sure if that's not a lot :P )

I never get golden heros dont matter how many are in tavern at same time and i draw 2 cards have spend over 200 gems and millions of cred seems they just jump and I dont get the spirit so i guess i am stuck with the heros i have

It's simple - just stop buying GEMS for a few days - then you start to get lucky as an incentive to buy more!!

I think u wrong there ive been getting purple heros and gold ones and i dont coin just have vip1 u just need to be lucky just like when u go to a casino.

and as for u saying tynon not about satisfaction u are wrong there to.

This is a beta server and they are doing all they can fixing bugs to get it to go live !!

so i say YAY!!!! they are giving us customer satisfaction.

I understand probabilities and I understand each attempt it unique, but since starting the live servers I've spent over 6.5mil credits on refreshes...what do i have to show for it you ask...192 spirit points.

Simple math says, that ignoring 2 legends in one draw, means I've had 96 attempts at picking a legend. So how many legends do I have? ZERO...This doesn't seem like sheer luck of the draw to me...just saying.
