Several Issues: Guild Wars, Tavern Redeem, my Hero and email

First, I am having an issue in Guild Wars: I can join and appear at the base but I cannot see any buttons. My guild members said I should be seeing March buttons.

Second, Tavern Redeem does not accumulate points. It did for a brief period (accumulating 2) but has not since.

Next, My Hero has been appearing in a fellow guild member's party. He is able to utilize my Hero during Auto Level Up.

Last, I can receive Tynon emails, but I cannot respond or even type a response.

Please provide me with any actions I will need to take to resolve these issues. One other thing, when I purchase Gems, I click on the return to game button and a message says validating payment which locks the board and I must refresh for the Gems to appear in my account.
