double plan use

i was upgradeing my hope bringers helm to champaion helm. i had 2 plans 2 sets of mats. it used both sets of plans and mats and i lost 6 levels on the helm. is this fixable or a known problem?

when you upgrade equipment, it retains 3 levels less then the original. it happens everytime you go from hope->champ->guard->iron->etc...

On everything except the upgrade to HB there is a check box that you can use to retain the levels by using Gems. If you do not check it, then you loose 3 levels on every upgrade as said before.

OP// did you check to see if a second champs helm was grafted and put on another of your heroes? If you only crafted one, it should have only used 1 plan, 1 set of mats and lost 3 levels. If this is not what happened, and 1 craft ate 2 mats, 2 plans and lost 6, all you can do is put a ticket in with billing support. And wait. And wait. All kinds of weird glitches popping up since this so-call patch fix went into effect. And the new glitches are not good ones. For any of us.

Hope this gets straightened out. Maybe a refresh or 2 will fix it. Then again...
