    Lightbulb Proper mage runes and stun questions answered!

    My runes are maxed, Level 10 advantage (critical) adds power, but I've never seen Shayd critical anyone, doesn't increase stun or hit rating. Reliability (break) is level 10, does not increase hit or stun rate. This just keeps someone from blocking. Preciseness (hit rating) level 10 and it does not decrease your miss rate and replace it with a hit. The only thing it does is prevent a dodge. I hope this helps people as I had to learn the hard way. Cianna used to stun 9/10 skill attacks, but she was nerfed a couple weeks ago so now her stunning baal or cerb at same 50 mill power is a coinflip, for other things her rating might be better as I base it only on boss fights.     If it's not possible I guess i'm just confused why the power is increased when the rune is placed on and decreased when it's removed.

    Runes that have no bearing such as intensity rune on a morale character the power does not go up. Many people were confused about it including myself. I just know no criticals are done.

    If anyone is given a critical saint bonus on shayd or smoulder since the patch please post it.

    Nope. Mages never had any critical- And yes, good point. I guess is just a bug regarding why the power increases.

    I would love to hear what part I listed that is untrue. These are the runes that I use which I can screen shot if need be. My entire realm is just under less than half my power. Nobody has stronger attacking runes or anywhere near the level of my preciseness runes that each of my heroes have, they also do not have higher stars.... however.... It is now very very competitive for who finishes first in boss fights. So if every hero I have is hitting harder than everyone else the only logical thing is they get a longer string of stuns that round which we all discuss in guild chat and we let each other know when we have a good round even though you can see what kind of round everyone had based on the stats and looking at numbers each hit.

    So in conclusion people are hanging with me that do not have high level break, high level precise, or as high of attacking level runes. So like I said it's all about stuns and sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't, just a matter of what the game feels like doing.

    Preciseness might increase hit rate a tiny fraction, but like I said my preciseness is level 10 and she couldn't hit sand if she fell off a camel. So if there is an increase in her hitting I haven't noticed. There is definitely no change in stun from any rune and no critical. The critical bug should be patched up because when you put it on her it adds power but it has no effect for this hero.

    Hopefully you guys will put Cianna back to her original self with her skill attacking stunning almost everytime, that nerf a week before the patch and her animation glitch started was painful as I used all my medals to get her stars high then she was nerfed to coinflip skill attack stun making her near useless for me.

    I jam on this game pushing about 18 hours a day and i'm constantly attacking in arena, people, ships, bosses, whatever. This is all based on what I see constantly. I notice the changes that are made that many people might not.

    Hit works for mages, and is very important for them.

    well he didnt say it wasnt needed, or that it did nothing or wasn't important. He said it doesnt improve their miss rate but does help prevent them from being dodge. So you really haven't answered the question
