I would love to hear what part I listed that is untrue. These are the runes that I use which I can screen shot if need be. My entire realm is just under less than half my power. Nobody has stronger attacking runes or anywhere near the level of my preciseness runes that each of my heroes have, they also do not have higher stars.... however.... It is now very very competitive for who finishes first in boss fights. So if every hero I have is hitting harder than everyone else the only logical thing is they get a longer string of stuns that round which we all discuss in guild chat and we let each other know when we have a good round even though you can see what kind of round everyone had based on the stats and looking at numbers each hit.
So in conclusion people are hanging with me that do not have high level break, high level precise, or as high of attacking level runes. So like I said it's all about stuns and sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't, just a matter of what the game feels like doing.
Preciseness might increase hit rate a tiny fraction, but like I said my preciseness is level 10 and she couldn't hit sand if she fell off a camel. So if there is an increase in her hitting I haven't noticed. There is definitely no change in stun from any rune and no critical. The critical bug should be patched up because when you put it on her it adds power but it has no effect for this hero.
Hopefully you guys will put Cianna back to her original self with her skill attacking stunning almost everytime, that nerf a week before the patch and her animation glitch started was painful as I used all my medals to get her stars high then she was nerfed to coinflip skill attack stun making her near useless for me.
I jam on this game pushing about 18 hours a day and i'm constantly attacking in arena, people, ships, bosses, whatever. This is all based on what I see constantly. I notice the changes that are made that many people might not.
