    Preciseness (hit rating) level 10 and it does not decrease your miss rate and replace it with a hit. The only thing it does is prevent a dodge.
    Preciseness on my mages does seem to make them hit more often, not just prevents dodges. They prevent dodges too. But they also hit more often when there is no dodge or block involved.

    SO IMHO, Dawn did answer the question. And do you REALLY think the devs are going to tell you the tricks to the game so you can become OP? So every one who reads it can become OP? Seriously???

    Dawn, thank you for being so patient and giving the only answer that you can. Now if people would just pay attention and listen...

    Ahh see my issue is that either damn needs to give out all the info or none at all. Its very irritating to me to see the way dawn replies to things. I think its rude and unprofessional. While MissyBatty likes the way he responds to things, so to each their own. Missbatty can like dawns responds while i hate it and would have preferred he said nothing at all on this, an maybe comment on more important issues, like the PvP limit. Thats how the world is.

    However I will point out Missbatty's OBSERVATION that preciseness increases HIT RATE on Shayd is merely an OBSERVATION, and others have made the exact OPPOSITE OBSERVATION - that they see no difference in Hits versus Misses when using preciseness on Shayd.

    So both observations can not be correct. And there may be a factor that can reduce misses by Shayd

    Here is another observation SMOULDER and the Second Envoy in HR

    Both use Horns of hell attack. I have observed thet the envoy rarely misses against high level runed players that employ dodge and block while a smoulder with Level 10 preciseness and infallibility misses much more frequently even against weaker NPC bosses and minions.
    So i beleive that there may be an unknown factor that effects a mages change to hit/miss and that we may or may not be able to adjust that factor.

    Understanding what the stats are and how they work should in no way be a "trick" of the game, and having proper knowledge and using it in a TBS game is hardly OP. It's the normal way to play these types of games. I guess, like everything else in this game, skill is to be replaced by luck and guesswork.

    None of that answers the question regarding the power going up when applying critical rune, that bug and trying to leave it a "mystery" for people to find out left me with a level 10 advantage that I can't use and can't merge into anything until I have another double rune. Need to make it to where you can merge a yellow rune with another yellow rune regardless of which has more experience.

    And dont expect an answer to the critical adding power to a mage question. Didn't you know -Its more fun figuring it out yourself

    I in fact asked them to give us a disagregation or rune break down tool to reabsorb and reallocate the experience elsewhere and the fascists and sophist know it alls swear we don't need it.
