probably a lot easier than reading our complaints on forums all the time.
Update the ticket asking them to do so.

Clearly this game still has a lot of bugs to be fixed, but what i am asking for should be clear cut and fixable. not asking to have this member deleted or removed, i just need more power in the guild....

Another guild member here, I support Untamed's request! Agreed 200%

I know this doesn't help you and your guild and seemingly a change of host seems a good idea. That said, you should be able to manage with your VHs. Not a solution agreed, but at least you can keep the guild running.
Evidently you skim read this post and don't really know this situation. We have ONE VH. You sit here representing Tynon and you tell us to deal with it and you expect for one man to carry the weight of a level 5 guild all by himself. That in itself is simply unacceptable. And would continue being unacceptable even if there WERE two VHs. Our host, like many other players, has left the game without a word. If we could remedy that we would. But we cant. Its your site. And you would watch us suffer and quit on the long-shot wager that he will be returning. I do not share your confidence on the situation. And I paid you plenty of hard earned money across two servers. As did everyone else.

But I can guarantee you this, I wont be spending another dime on the game unless you stand up for us and do something. Simple as that. And it shouldn't come down to threats like this. But I assure you, I know a thing or two about chargebacks when I am being pushed and shoved around. For a company so greedy and a game so cruel with bad luck hardships it would be an easy decision to pull out with my investment. Surely that means something.
