I have seen the same thing. I have spent millions in credits refreshing. I decided to stay with way to pick, pick the exact spot. So I did that like 30 times and missed everyone. On the 31st try I decided to pick the right because "THEY ALWAYS WENT RIGHT" and just then when I picked to the right it was in the same exact spot. Yeah I say its rigged!
