Thread: Hero's Tavern is rigged!!

It isn't as random as they claim ... putting the results of over 1,000 negative attempts to select even hero into a gaming model used to program slot machines indicated that there would have been at least 58 correct hits .... IF it was truly random.

Um... what odds were you using for this? Just a quick question and should be easy to answer as you've clearly done a little math.

The hero tavern is a waste of time. it is only set up to take your credits, so you buy gems, and spend them in the Fair trying to get more credits. I took some data concerning the Hero Tavern to prove that it is set up for failure. I clicked refresh until i get a purple hero. So i tool these notes. I selected a random card, not the one the hero was original at before I clicked shuffle. 50 times in a row, the hero did not move. Stayed in the same spot., So the did the next test, 30 times I got a purple hero i selected the same card, where the hero originally was, and guess what, he moved one spot left or right, but was never in the same spot as the previous 30. Rigged, I think so. Them are not Odds at all. I myself will not be playing this game when it goes live. Its a waste of time for me to even play the beta, when it is set up for failure. Im sure they will say it based on Odds, but I don't think there is any, when you shuffle cards and the hero don't move for 50 times in a row, then your next 30, he moves every time. Crappy setup.
I have had the same experience

Just need to accept that the hero that will appear has already been determined before you click on a card, so it makes no difference what card you click on. That is the way it works.

That 1 in 5 odds bs is far from the truth - I've yet to get a card in 70 lvls and assure you I've flipped well over 5k and many were 2 or 3 of 5 with rare cards so it has to be like the fights ... PREDETERMINED!! If there are any odds it is below %10 - better off going for spirits imo

Not everyone? so what ur saying is that only some ppl should have those options? And HOW is it fun to spend so much on the tavern or even at the rune keepers and lose every time? ok 99.9999% of the time.

What he's saying is, at the moment you selected and made your hero( when you first started the game), Your character was attributed with certain % stats concerning luck etc... that effects outcomes of possible rewards, playing hero's tavern, putting stars on your hero and so on.

This is why some people can plus to 9 starts then go on like it was nothing yet the rest of us are supposedly supposed to spend hundreds of $ to make it barely to 7. It is also why you have no luck in tavern.

These stats are hidden from all but the game developer's.

Remember there is no such thing as luck and when gambling it's always rigged to the house's win.

This game is just that a gamble. You can always make a new character on a new server to try and improve your luck.
