Quest wont count that i beat Envoy on server 69

I beat Envoy on server 69 with my character Cracker. It is not counting that i beat him even tho he is laying on the floor dead. I can not move to the next area why? I have refreshed the page and browser several times. how do i fix this?

The forums is a place for discussions.

While you can report an error/glitch/bug etc here, it does not help you get the problem addressed in a timely manner. The best thing to do is select billing support from tynon.com and report the issue. This is the only way to communicate directly with the people who actually run the game.

They forums is mainly for the players, with some occasional posting by a Ucool representative

Im stuck on kill the molten golem on s62 and I reported it to billing support, best you can do at this time I believe is to report it to them. Im still waiting to get mine fixed as well, I killed the boss he is dead but on my quest deal it still shows that I need to kill him. So I cant even continue with the quest line.
