    Thumbs up Missing Gems

    I defeated Fionagel and was awarded 100 Gems and moved up in the Arena , NO GEMS GIVEN EVEN AFTER REFRESHING ??????????

    Try submitting a report to billing supports. That is the best way to have something like this corrected. It may take a few weeks, because they are constantly back logged at this point. But no one on the forums can fix this for you.
